This year our No Purpling Dinner will be on Sunday February 12th. Every year our Student Ministry takes a month long look at Purity, and what it means to have a pure heart, soul, mind and body. That is what the No Purpling Dinner is all about. We have a full home cooked meal for the kids and invite a guest speaker to come and share what life and God has taught them about purity. Parents this is an event that you will not want your kids to miss. The session is age appropriate, worshipful, and fun. This years guest speakers are Emily and Dominque Lee.
Dominique grew up in the Bronx, New York and Emily is from right here in Knoxville, TN. Dominique and Emily met in college while working at a summer camp in Carmel, NY and were married in 2011. They live in TN, where Dominique is the lead pastor of Hope Fellowship. Emily is on staff with a non-profit organization, One Vision International, where she is the Dominican Republic Director. They have a 1 year old daughter Brielle and another daughter on the way.
There is no cost for this dinner, but you must sign up to attend so we can be sure to prepare enough food.
